Chap Chye: Creative Wellbeing for Teams
A gentle space for teams to slow down and reconnect
Chap Chye is a creative wellbeing workshop designed to help teams pause, soften, and meet one another with more presence. Through sensory storytelling, guided reflection, and hands‑on meaning‑making, participants experience a slower, more grounded way of being together — one that supports clarity, trust, and emotional connection.
Rooted in therapeutic principles and shaped through years of community practice, Chap Chye brings warmth and depth into the workplace in a way that feels safe, inclusive, and quietly transformative.
