I’m Jan — a Singaporean-born, HCPC-registered music therapist and creative wellbeing practitioner based in the UK. I founded The Pocket Haven to create gentle, reflective spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and meet one another with more presence.
My work sits at the intersection of creativity, care, and emotional wellbeing. Drawing on therapeutic training and years of experience across community, care, and educational settings, I design sessions that are sensory, story-led, and grounded in psychological safety.
Today, my practice includes creative wellbeing workshops for teams, individual music therapy, and community-based sessions. Across all settings, the intention remains the same: to offer a warm, spacious environment where people can feel, reflect, and connect in meaningful ways.
